Our Engineering Support team can assist the Offshore Installation designers and yards during all phases of engineering from initial concept/FEED studies through to commissioning/first operation, ensuring the products meet the specified requirements.

Operating from the company’s Head Office located in the North East of England, manufacturing activities are coordinated and scheduled to its principal manufacturing location in the UK, as well as manufacturing partners in Asia and North & South America.

Our subsidiary, Techflow Marine Servicos Industriais Ltda., located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, provides manufacturing and maintenance services to support the Brazil offshore oil & gas exploration and production activities.

Our 32,000 sq ft UK manufacturing facility is primarily used for the manufacture of equipment, assembly and testing, with the main throughput being high quality bespoke mechanical, electrical, hydraulic power and control systems that are supplied to the global market.

We have developed long term relationships with strategically located manufacturing partners globally. Their familiarity with the processes, equipment and quality required, delivers consistently high standards – on time. Our ability to use local manufacture, whether by customer requirement or preference, allows us to provide more cost-effective solutions, often eliminating expensive additional shipping costs post manufacture. All suppliers and manufacturing partners must pass a full audit by Techflow Marine staff to ensure capability and facilities meet our high standards.

All system components are selected from market leading suppliers allowing a superior end-product to be delivered to our clients, minimising system maintenance and maximising performance. Safety and environment critical components are manufactured in-house using proven materials, processes and test procedures.
